Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription or services at any time through your account settings. Please note that cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to premium features until then.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds within the first 3 days of purchase if your not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not applicable after 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Customized services and enterprise plans are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription.
